St Helena Pay Application

This form is for customers applying for a new service, requesting to cancel existing service or amending existing service.

Before you apply, here are a few things we would like to make you aware of:

Services you will be able to offer your customers:

  • SALES – Accept Local Debit Card payment for good and services
  • CASHBACK – An optional service you can offer to your customers
  • REFUNDS – Transferred directly to the customer’s account
  • GRATUITY (TIP) – For hospitality businesses
  • PRE-AUTHORISATION – For reservations (e.g. reserving a room at a hotel)

We provide the following support service to participating business:

  • Terminal Equipment provision, which includes installation, training and repair/replacement service
  • Daily settlement from business establishment card account to nominated Business Current Account
  • St Helena Pay Services Helpline
  • Business Hours Support available Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 12:00
  • Out of Business Hours Support available Monday to Thursday 16:00 –  19:00. Friday 16:00 – 21:00. Saturday 12:00 – 21:00. Sunday 08:30 – 13:00. IT out of hours call out charges: first hour £15.00, thereafter £7.50

Transaction Charges – For every payment made using a Local Debit Card, a transaction fee of 0.85% will be applied to the Business for the ‘Sales’ transaction only.  This charge is capped at £3.00 per transaction.
