Local Transfer, International Transfer, Journals – stay in control of your finances by upgrading to an account package with Online Banking to take advantage of these great features.

Personal User Guide

For Applicants who do not have an Account Package

To receive a Premium Package with Online Banking you must apply for an account package. Each customer is allowed one package, however, this is subject to their account type. If you have both an individual and a joint account, you will have one package for your individual account(s) and one package for your joint account(s).

Please ensure you only complete the information applicable to the application you are applying for – if you are applying for an individual account package, please only list your individual accounts in the application.

Please complete both Package Application and Online Banking Appendix Forms, or apply online.

Note – If you would like to apply for a package with a Local Debit Card attached, you will need to also complete the Local Debit Card Appendix to submit with this application (you will not have to complete a second Package Application). Click here for Local Debit Card page.

For Applicants who have an Account Package

If you have a package (Basic, Standard or Premium), all you need to do is complete the Online Banking Appendix and your Package Amendment Form where you will need to tell us what you would like to change on your package – in this instance, you are requesting to possibly upgrade to a Premium Account from a Basic Account to include Online Banking.

Local Account Transfers

Undertake local account transfers at your convenience with the Online Banking service, debiting your account and crediting the local account of the persons or organisation you are paying.  Set up users and groups to separately authorise and verify your transfers.

International Payments

Set up your international payee(s) and transfer money from your account whenever you need to. 

Journals

Save time – Create, process and re-use journals; ideal for multiple, monthly recurring payments.

Direct Debit Scheme

Save time, by processing a Direct Debit Collection service from your Online Banking account.

IT Setup Support

Bank of St Helena can provide the necessary support to assist in the set up of your users and administrators. 

 

Standard Package (£5 per month):

The standard Package allows for a reduced number of features:

20 Local Account Transfers

Undertake 20 local account transfers at your convenience with the Online Banking service, debiting your account and crediting the local account of the persons or organisation you are paying.  Set up users and groups to separately authorise and verify your transfers.

International Payments

Set up your international payee(s) and transfer money from your account whenever you need to. 

1 Journal

Save time – Create, process and re-use your journal; ideal for multiple, monthly recurring payments.

Fees

Account Transfer over usage          £0.50 per transaction
Journal Payments over usage         £0.50 per transaction line
