This Privacy Policy is provided to help you understand how we protect Customer information. Bank of St Helena Limited (herein referred to as ‘the bank’, we, us or our) values all customers and takes your privacy seriously.

When you visit or contact us either throughout website, Head Office in St Helena or our Branch on Ascension Island, you are likely to provide personal information about yourself.  This personal information that you provide will be treated by the bank in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is in no way a legal document, however, it is a mandatory compliance for all employees and associated personnel of the bank to adhere to this policy.  We may change this policy at any time in which amended versions will be made available, in a timely manner, on our website.  You are advised to check for details of any amendments when you use this website.
