Apply for Personal Online Banking

Anyone with a Premium Account can apply for Online Banking. 

If you already have a package (Basic, Standard or Premium) please submit the application with the amendment form requesting an upgrade to Premium, or to include Online Banking in your current Premium Package.

If you don’t currently have a Package with your account, click the relevant box below to request a Premium Package against your Current Account for Online Banking services.

Account Transfers

Undertake account transfers at your convenience with the Online Banking service, debiting your account and crediting the local account of the persons or organisation you are paying.  Set up users and groups to separately authorise and verify your transfers.

Journals

Save time – Create, process and re-use journals; ideal for multiple, monthly recurring payments.

Direct Debits

Save time, by processing a Direct Debit Collection service from your Online Banking account.

IT Setup Support

Bank of St Helena can provide the necessary support to assist in the set up of your users and administrators. 

Fees (Standard Account only)

Account Transfer over usage          £0.50 per transaction
Journal Payments over usage         £0.50 per transaction line
